• Pebbl is designed as a platform for sharing short, anonymous thoughts (“Pebbls”). You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws.
• You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, libelous, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, exploitative, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable; not to incite violence or self-harm; and not to violate intellectual property or other rights.
• You agree not to do any of the following: impersonate another person; attempt to identify or dox other users; collect or harvest personal information about others; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or use the Service for commercial advertising, spam, or solicitation.
• We may, in our sole discretion, remove content or suspend/terminate access that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines.

We do not claim ownership of content you submit. However, by submitting content to the Service, you grant Pebbl a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable and transferable license to host, store, cache, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise use such content for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Content on the Service is user-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive. Pebbl does not endorse any content and is not responsible for decisions made based on it. Content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, review, or moderate content. We reserve the right to remove or restrict content, or to suspend or terminate accounts, at any time and without notice, if we determine, in our sole discretion, that these Terms or applicable laws have been violated or to protect users or the Service.

The Service, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks (excluding user content), is owned by Pebbl or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws.
